Position Overview

*Remote Position.*
Responsible for actively monitoring the processing queues, independently performing daily transactions within a team environment, and ensuring these transactions are processed in compliance with IRS & ERISA guidelines as well as the applicable plan document provisions.

Experience and Skills
Responsibilities:
  • Process Tier II transactions, including Tier I transactions as needed.
  • Mentor Level I TCs, assisting with training as needed.
  • Serve as PPA for preferred providers, keeping procedures updated for these providers to ensure internal efficiency and high-quality service for our clients.
  • Maintain high standards of quality work and meet production goals, both individually and as a team.
  • Communicate effectively with Plan Sponsors, Plan Advisors, Plan Providers, and Internal Office Staff.
  • Stay current on procedures, laws, and other factors impacting processing.
  • Participate in key projects as assigned.
  • Demonstrate outstanding TRA corporate citizenship, maintaining TRA’s reputation in the communities we serve.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • One year of related experience, higher education, or an equivalent combination of experience and knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all knowledge levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues, set goals, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
