Job description

Phoenix Investors (the “Company” or “Phoenix”) is a national commercial real estate firm based in Milwaukee, WI, whose core business is the revitalization of former manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. This strategy leads to positively transforming communities and restarting the economic engine in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive transaction coordination across acquisition and leasing efforts, managing timelines and milestones from deal sourcing through closing.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Accounting, Legal, Property Management, and Construction to ensure smooth deal execution.
  3. Coordinate onboarding of new tenants, including document collection, internal communication, and setup across systems.
  4. Review and summarize leases, including key economic and legal terms for internal use.
  5. Assist in the preparation of LOIs, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  6. Organize and maintain deal documentation, including lease files, acquisition folders, and property records.
  7. Support weekly internal deal meetings by updating reports and tracking deal status.
  8. Conduct research on market comps, tenant profiles, ownership records, and municipal data.
  9. Interface with brokers, tenants, and vendors during active transactions to facilitate communication and deliverables.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve team workflows and aid in developing operational procedures.
Secondary Duties:
  1. Attend and contribute to property tours and broker events as needed.
  2. Assist in the coordination of leasing signage, property photography, and marketing collateral as applicable.
  3. Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives.
