Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services practice. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs.

Our client base includes privately held and publicly traded companies, private equity funds, banks, and other financial entities across various industries, offering diverse opportunities and meaningful work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least one year of related experience is required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory is preferred.
• Professional designations (CPA) or advanced degree are a plus.
• Strong motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to present analyses to management and lead initiatives.
• Ability to work well in a team with client personnel across industries.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
