Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join the Transaction Advisory Services practice in Chicago. You will perform due diligence and provide advisory services to meet complex financial needs for a diverse client base including private equity, banks, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities include data gathering, document review, and financial analysis, with opportunities for career growth within the TAS group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of related experience required.
• Audit or Transaction Advisory experience preferred.
• CPA designation/candidacy and/or an advanced degree is a plus.
• Highly motivated with initiative and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research and analyze target companies.
• Perform due diligence for buy-side, sell-side and corporate finance deals.
• Communicate with clients to ensure excellent service.
• Opportunity for career development within the transaction advisory group.
