Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or advanced degree a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to present analyses to management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with client personnel in various industries.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
