Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Transaction Services practice within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients to meet complex financial needs across various industries.

The role targets individuals with strong analytical skills, solid accounting background, and proven ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment. This position offers growth within the Transaction Advisory Services group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least 3 years of relative experience in a mid/large professional services firm performing audits and related services.
• At least 2 years of transaction services / due diligence experience highly preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA, etc.) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability and prioritization.
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with data-driven analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
