Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an Analyst to join the Transaction Advisory Services group in the United States. You will perform due diligence and provide advisory services to clients across private equity, banks and portfolio companies.

You will interact with partners, gather data, review documents, and analyze target companies to deliver quality earnings insights and support buy- and sell-side activities. A Bachelor's degree is required, with CPA or advanced degree considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required for consideration.
• Experience with audits or transaction advisory is preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong motivation, initiative and positive attitude are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Provide opportunities for career development within the transaction advisory services group.
