Baker Tilly US is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services practice in Chicago. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients to meet their complex financial needs.

Our clients range from privately held to public, including private equity funds and banks; you will work with partners on engagement management, perform data gathering and quality of earnings reviews, and contribute to client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with experience presenting analyses to management.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
