Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an Analyst to support Transaction Advisory Services, providing due diligence and transaction advisory support to clients with complex financial needs. You will work with private companies, PE funds, banks, and other financial clients across various industries.

The role offers growth within a collaborative team, exposure to buy- and sell-side transactions, and opportunities to advance with Partners and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least one year of related experience required
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or an advanced degree are a plus
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately
• Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives
• Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
• Ability to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
