Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to generate data-driven insights and present analyses to management.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform data gathering, document review and quality of earnings work.
• Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Execute due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate findings and provide exceptional client service.
• Contribute to marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Support growth and development within the transactions advisory group.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
