Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Services within our Financial Advisory Services group. You will lead due diligence and earnings analyses for client transactions, delivering clear, data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and engage with mid-market clients, guiding junior staff and contributing to growth through quality work and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Highly motivated with initiative and a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong Excel modeling and quantitative/qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
