Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for full-time, onsite operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership is not present to keep the park running smoothly.

You will coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across shifts, with a focus on delivering WOW service and strong operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive operations or guest-facing experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusements, or recreation preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present; ensure safety compliance and operational excellence.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area as needed to maintain guest experiences and smooth park flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting offerings.
• Model service excellence and mentor Team Members in customer engagement.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the park during shifts.
• Coordinate rotational leadership development across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
• Oversee execution of parties, events, and cafe inventory; ensure compliance and guest delight.
