Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing basic LMS front-end user support (e.g., assigning/registering for training) and resolve basic issues for the assigned organization.
• Configure profiles related to training assignments and completion.
• Responsible for conducting basic data tasks (e.g., uploading training transcript records and creating employee profiles).
• Provide ongoing auditing of data to ensure high-level data quality and integrity, and propose solutions for data clean-up efforts.
• Provide end-users with assistance as it pertains to running reports or back-end reporting support during regulatory audits.
• Resolve routine systems issues from customer support tickets in partnership with team members.
• Other incidental duties.
