Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field; 5 years of hands-on experience managing mid- to large-scale projects.
Domestic and international travel up to 20%.
Minimum 5 years of project management, business operations, training operations, or related experience.
Demonstrated experience managing mid-to-large scale cross-functional projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of Global Training Operations projects and strategic initiatives supporting TMTT Global Training and Expansion objectives.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities, resources, and business needs.
Monitor project performance through metrics, dashboards, and KPIs, identify risks, and deliver executive reporting on progress and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate project closeout activities, lessons learned, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing project and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Global Training operations.
