This role emphasizes data quality, reporting support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a medical device setting. The position requires a high school diploma with one year of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated organizational and data-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing basic LMS front-end user support (e.g., assigning/registering for training) and resolve basic issues.
• Configure profiles related to training assignments and completion.
• Perform data tasks (e.g., upload training transcripts and create employee profiles).
• Audit data for quality and integrity; propose and execute data cleanup.
• Assist end-users with reports or back-end reporting during regulatory audits.
• Resolve routine systems issues in partnership with team members.
• Support other incidental duties as needed.
