Job summary

DSV is seeking a Training Supervisor at our Walton, Kentucky site to lead, coordinate, and maintain the site’s operational training program, ensuring employees are trained, qualified, and prepared for safe, effective performance.

You will partner closely with the General Manager and Operations leadership to identify training needs, maintain compliance, and drive consistency across departments and shifts, while overseeing trainers and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing or similar ops.
• 1+ year in training, onboarding or operational development.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising preferred.
• Experience with warehouse processes, SOPs, safety and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the site's new-hire orientation and training programs.
• Develop and maintain a structured site training plan aligned with business needs and safety standards.
• Coordinate training schedules across shifts and departments.
• Oversee on-the-job training to ensure consistency across trainers and shifts.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and qualification matrices.
