Job summary

DSV Walton, Kentucky is seeking a Training Specialist on site to coordinate and deliver training programs required by DSV and clients. You will cover quality control, work measurement, logistics procedures, safety and HR, and develop role-specific competency training in systems and leadership development.

You will work with management and operations to schedule and document training, ensure audit readiness, and issue certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in warehousing and/or logistics preferred.
• One year of clerical experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training courses required by DSV and clients.
• Develop competency training in systems and leadership development.
• Monitor, measure, and report training progress and achievements.
• Facilitate on-the-job training and update procedures as needed.
• Ensure training information is entered into the database and that records are audit ready.
