Qualifications

• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Ensures development of systems and procedures for safe, profitable operations.
• Manages operations to meet productivity and service goals; complies with client SLAs.
• Drives continuous improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Meets client KPIs and quality requirements.
• Plans daily work schedule and assigns duties to warehouse staff.
• Manages HR activities including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
