Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Walton, KY seeks a Team Lead - Logistics Coordinator to oversee warehousing, shipping, and quality control. You will mentor staff, ensure SOPs are followed, and coordinate daily operational activities under supervision.

Must have forklift certification and 1 year of logistics experience. Shift options include early and late schedules with differential pay, and a base pay range of $28.00–$30.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities.
• Train staff on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for staff.
• Oversee unloading inbound shipments, order picking and staging.
• Load orders according to doors and trailers.
• Ensure all shipping/receiving/picking follows SOPs.
• Research discrepancies in shipping and receiving processes.
