Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in warehousing and/or logistics.
• Minimum 6 months of training experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with material handling equipment (MHE).
• General knowledge of facilities, systems maintenance, and repairs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to become MHE certified within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate orientation of new team members and refresher training on site and corporate policies, safety, quality standards and work instructions.
• Facilitate shift training related to safety, operations, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain on-the-job training programs to support site performance and compliance.
• Train, certify, and recertify team members on MHE and maintain certification records.
• Monitor and report training KPIs and maintain training databases and records.
• Oversee preventative maintenance activities for the facility and equipment.
