Job summary

DSV is seeking a Training and Facility Supervisor in Walton, KY. You will coordinate training programs and oversee facility and equipment safety, ensuring staff are trained, certified, and supported to perform their roles safely and efficiently.

You will manage preventative maintenance coordination, inspections, and general upkeep while working closely with site leadership and Operations to align training with business and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years warehousing/logistics experience.
• Six months training experience.
• One year experience with material handling equipment.
• Must obtain MHE certification within 30 days of hire.
• Evenings and weekend work may be required.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation and refresher training on site and corporate policies, safety, quality, and work instructions.
• Facilitate shift training on safety, operations, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain on-the-job training programs to support site performance and compliance.
• Train, certify, and recertify team members on MHE and maintain certification records.
• Monitor training KPIs and maintain training databases and records.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate retraining or development as needed.
• Create training materials and documentation for orientation and procedures.
• Ensure training records reflect staffing changes and certifications.
