Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Walton, USA, seeks a Training & Facility Supervisor to coordinate and deliver training programs for staff while maintaining a safe, efficient facility and equipment. You will partner with site leadership to ensure qualifications and documentation are up to date.

The role requires hands-on training, certification management, and proactive maintenance planning to support operations and client needs. Evening/weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years warehousing/logistics experience.
• Six months training experience.
• One year experience with material handling equipment.
• General knowledge of facilities, systems maintenance and repair work.
• Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• Must work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation of new team members and refresher training on site and corporate policies.
• Facilitate shift training related to safety, operations, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain on‑the‑job training programs to support site performance.
• Train, certify and recertify team members on material handling equipment and maintain certification records.
• Monitor training KPIs and maintain training databases and records.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance activities for facility and equipment and ensure readiness.
