Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to operate MHE in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on SOPs including shipping and receiving.
• Oversee unloading, loading, and staging of shipments per SOPs.
• Maintain professional communications with customers and prepare activity reports.
• Ensure product quality and proper documentation; report discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse staffing schedules and supervise associates.
