Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Training Supervisor for Transmission & Substation to lead the planning and delivery of training and OJT programs, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance goals. You will supervise Crew Leaders, Demos and Apprentices/Helpers and align with corporate controls.

The role requires 4–7 years in the utility sector with supervisory experience, preferred knowledge of CBAs, and a track record in building high-performance teams across field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive knowledge of collective bargaining and related procedures.
• Experience in Transmission/Substation disciplines is preferred.
• 4-7 years of utility experience with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees in training and OJT activities.
• Promote a high-performance culture and provide coaching and evaluation.
• Facilitate open communication and build cross-department relations.
• Manage union/management relationships and support CBAs.
• Work within budgets and oversee large-scale training projects.
