Job summary

Exelon seeks an experienced Substation Engineering leader to oversee transmission and substation design activities, ensuring reliability and adherence to standards. You will guide the Substation Engineering group, drive continuous improvement and mentor a diverse team while balancing safety, reliability, and financial performance.

The role manages 13 direct reports (total 44) within a $6M budget, collaborates across departments and with regulators, and leads initiatives to enhance performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 3–5 years as an electric T&S supervisor/manager.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• In lieu of degree, 12–15 years relevant experience.
