Exelon is seeking a Senior Substation Engineer/Manager to lead the Substation Engineering group, ensuring safe, reliable transmission and substation design practices. The role oversees a team of professionals and designers, aligns with regulatory standards, and balances capital investments with system reliability.

The position requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and collaboration across departments, regulators, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience, including 3–5 years as a T&S supervisor/manager.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Manage the budget and balance costs with investments.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and recognize employee contributions.
• Provide leadership and development for the Substation Engineering team.
