Job summary

DP World in El Paso, TX is seeking a Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end learning experience for team members, ensuring each person can perform tasks safely and independently. This role centers on hands-on training design, delivery, and ongoing assessment aligned with SOPs.

You will partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to drive improvements, maintain training records, and influence across the site with strong trainer skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive or logistics setting with a focus on quality control.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication; ability to deal with internal and external customers.
• Excellent trainer capabilities and the ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, role-based training plans aligned to SOPs.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training for new hires.
• Maintain training matrices, certifications, and competency documentation; keep records audit-ready.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to drive training improvements and report progress to site leadership.
