Job summary

DP World at the Los Lunas, NM location seeks a Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end learning experience for team members, ensuring tasks are performed safely and independently. The role emphasizes designing and delivering role-based training, onboarding, and materials aligned to current SOPs.

You will partner with Operations, Safety, and HR, maintain training records, and drive program improvements to support safety, quality and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or logistics environment in a quality capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to interact with DP World team members and all levels of customers.
• Excellent trainer skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured, role-based training plans for pillars.
• Deliver onboarding, orientation and hands-on floor training.
• Create work instructions, job aids, and instructional materials aligned to SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs; select and coach SMEs as trainers.
• Assess employees for task competence and identify performance gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness via assessments, floor observations and KPI data.
• Track SOP compliance and maintain training matrices and records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety and HR as an individual contributor and update leadership on progress.
