Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured, role-based training plans for assigned pillars.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training for new hires.
• Create work instructions and training materials aligned to SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs and evaluate trainers.
