Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of instructional content development experience.
• 3–5 years of program management experience in an industrial or equipment environment.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, presentation software, graphics tools; LMS experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and obtain required military base passes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and elevate EST’s training strategy across departments.
• Analyze training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
• Lead and mentor trainers; ensure consistent program delivery.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and KPIs; audit programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety training requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build skill matrices and training paths.
