• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across training workstreams.
• Hold partners accountable with clear owners and deadlines; escalate stalled items.
• Run regular check-ins; capture decisions, actions, and next steps; send recaps.
• Support senior leaders with meeting prep, materials, and priorities.
• Oversee logistics for large-scale training programs and events.
• Coordinate budgets, invoices, and compliance with internal policies.
