Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project or program management, operations, or related experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management fundamentals and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence to hold others accountable and drive work forward with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear action items and next steps.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with many partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple training workstreams.
• Hold partners accountable for commitments by setting owners and deadlines and escalating blockers.
• Run regular project check-ins and working sessions; capture decisions, open questions, actions, and next steps.
• Drive projects to completion by removing obstacles and coordinating across teams.
• Support senior Client Skills Training leaders with meeting prep, agendas, materials, and follow‑through.
• Oversee logistics of training programs, including scheduling, rosters, venues, travel, catering, and expenses.
• Monitor program budgets, process invoices, and ensure policy compliance; travel may be required.
