Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Training Strategy and Operations Management Associate to manage multi-workstream training projects and support senior leaders. You will build plans, track progress, and flag risks while coordinating day-to-day operations for the Client Skills Training & Practice Management team.

You’ll work with leaders to prepare updates, manage meeting agendas, and assist with program logistics and budgets.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, operations, business management, or a related role.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Strong project management fundamentals and ability to run work across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple training workstreams.
Hold partners accountable for commitments with clear owners and deadlines.
Run regular check-ins and capture decisions, actions, and next steps.
Drive projects to completion by removing obstacles and coordinating across teams.
Support meeting preparation, agendas, materials, and follow-through on priorities.
Prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses for leaders.
Prepare concise updates for leadership reviews and team meetings.
Oversee logistics of training programs, including scheduling, rosters, venues, transportation, and expenses.
Monitor program budgets, process invoices, and ensure policy compliance.
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
