Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, operations, business management, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management fundamentals, including comfort with project plans, status reporting, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to hold others accountable and drive work forward, including with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under demanding deadlines, with ownership and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate updates into clear actions and next steps.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with many partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple training workstreams and ensure owners know what is due and when.
• Hold partners accountable for commitments by setting owners and deadlines, following up, and escalating stalled items.
• Run regular project check-ins and capture decisions, action items, and next steps with timely recaps.
• Drive projects to completion by removing obstacles and coordinating across teams to keep momentum.
