Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Manager for the International Private Bank platform. The role focuses on promoting process improvements, strengthening controls, and leading end-to-end business initiatives across regions.

You will work with front-office, risk, compliance, and legal teams to design and implement change initiatives, manage projects, and prepare senior-management materials and training content.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand International Private Bank business priorities and participate in initiatives to simplify and add value to processes.
• Partner with Controls, Client Service, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal to drive improvements and change initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to policies through monitoring and testing.
• Engage front-office, support, and control functions to identify root causes and coordinate remediations.
• Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and related deliverables.
