Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Training Strategy and Operations Management Associate within Global Private Bank. You will manage projects across multiple training workstreams, build and track plans, and support senior leaders with coordination, updates, and risk flagging.

Reporting to the COO, you will handle day-to-day operations, prepare leadership materials, and coordinate program logistics, including events and travel as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, business management, or a related role.
• B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management fundamentals with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to hold others accountable and drive work forward.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple training workstreams.
• Hold partners accountable by setting owners and deadlines and escalating blockers.
• Run regular project check-ins; capture decisions and next steps.
• Drive projects to completion by removing obstacles and coordinating teams.
• Support senior leaders with meeting prep, agendas, and materials.
• Prioritize requests and ensure timely responses for leaders.
• Prepare updates for leadership reviews and team meetings.
• Oversee logistics of training programs and events.
• Travel may be required domestically or internationally.
