Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with five years of training/education experience or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience; or a master's degree can substitute for experience.
• Requires a valid Class E driver license.
• Graduate credentials from outside the U.S. may require credential evaluation as part of minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing seminars and workshops for training programs.
• Conduct formal in-person and virtual instruction, seminars, and courses as facilitator/trainer.
• Assist in needs assessments, gap analyses, surveys and performance assessments; analyze data to provide recommendations.
• Back-up for employee enrollments and troubleshooting calls with the LMS.
• Create training materials and activities such as certificates, flyers, presentations and online content.
• Participate in staff conferences and curricula development to improve training programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
