Job summary

ACH Child and Family Services seeks a Trainer to enhance staff competencies by delivering high-quality training programs that improve performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, Education, Organizational Leadership/Management or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of instructor-led training experience in person, virtual, webinar, or blended learning.
• Experience using LMS required.
• Experience designing curricula and coordinating training events in an organizational setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other training technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs by reviewing evaluation data and performance trends.
• Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for diverse staff.
• Interpret regulatory requirements into clear, engaging training content.
• Design lesson plans and select instructional strategies.
• Observe, evaluate, and coach participants to improve skill mastery.
• Monitor training effectiveness and sustain learning outcomes.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions focused on soft skills and supervisory competencies.
