Job summary

GLS is seeking a Training Specialist II to lead training content delivery and curriculum development. You will own program outcomes, mentor staff, and deliver new hire and ongoing training content while aligning with business needs.

The role focuses on stakeholder management, effective communication, and collaboration with the Learning & Development team to drive impactful training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in education, training, or related field.
• Experience with curriculum development and learning objectives.
• Ability to design engaging training content and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and update training curriculum to meet stakeholder needs using adult learning techniques.
• Measure training effectiveness and report outcomes to L&D leadership.
• Support learners in classroom and post-training activities.
• Coach and provide feedback while collaborating with leadership as needed.
• Build stakeholder partnerships to ensure high-quality training results.
• Collaborate with Senior Training Specialist on training direction and feedback.
• Conduct needs analyses and maintain development tools and templates.
• Manage projects within Learning & Development portfolio.
