Job summary

The State of Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities seeks an Education and Training Specialist (OPS) to deliver instructor-led training, develop curriculum, and coordinate statewide sessions. Qualifications

• 4 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and LMS.
• Ability to travel within region and statewide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate instructor-led training using various delivery methods.
• Prepare and schedule training sessions, including virtual and in-person.
• Maintain LMS records, rosters, attendance, and reporting.
• Ensure content accuracy and updates with the PTU team.
• Support learners with assessments and knowledge checks.
