Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training for the Customer Service Solutions unit.
• Develops RMO employee knowledge through quality technical training on RMO systems and products.
• Assists onboarding to ensure understanding of policies and culture.
• Organizes and delivers onsite and remote training sessions for new employees.
• Provides continuous training in technical and professional skills.
• Plans and conducts quarterly training sessions on identified topics.
• Supports retention by guiding the learning experience.
• Delivers assessments to course participants.
• Executes a plan for obtaining four levels of metrics.
• Creates tests for understanding and identifies program goals.
• Prepares up-to-date training materials and manuals.
• Maintains central repository of training materials and updates timely.
• Collaborates with RMO area leaders to identify training needs.
• Maintains and communicates a master calendar to stakeholders.
• Conducts needs analysis to determine KPIs and service benchmarks.
