Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a training-adjacent field preferred.
• Certification from talent and training associations is a plus.
• Two years’ experience as a trainer or related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
• Consult with managers and leadership.
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
• Communicate training needs and online resources.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Test and review created materials.
• Conduct employee training and onboarding.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and learning.
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.
