Job summary

Possible Financial Inc. is seeking a Training Associate to lead live onboarding, refresher, and product-launch training for Operations and BPO partners.

You will translate QA referrals into 1:1 coaching and help build LMS courses and microlearning that scale output without adding headcount. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will collaborate with the Documentation & Training Manager to ensure training lands, aligns with launches, policies, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years facilitating training in a customer support or contact-center environment.
• Strong instructional delivery, including comfort addressing ESL audiences and BPO trainers.
• Experience coaching within a QA-driven feedback loop.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of content-creation and training-prep workflow.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead live onboarding, refresher, and product-launch training for Operations team members, BPO partner trainers, and cross-functional audiences.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Possible's products, processes, compliance policies, and brand tone.
• Partner with QA Analysts to translate quality trends into targeted retraining for individuals and groups.
• Build and iterate LMS content, microlearning, and course structures under direction of Training Manager.
• Coordinate training schedules, learner enrollment, and completion tracking across the Ops org.
