Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Training Manager in the development and implementation of onboarding training and education curriculum for new employees.
• Assist with refresher training for existing personnel to ensure knowledge and proficiency as they serve customers.
• Assist with design and development of training reference materials and scheduling of training curriculum.
• Contribute to development and implementation of the core system workflow management system to standardize processes bank-wide.
