Job summary

Triad Financial Services Inc. seeks a dynamic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver training across Servicing and Originations, for new hires and existing team members.

The role supports policy updates and process improvements, and works with policy writers and business leaders to ensure workforce readiness. The trainer will facilitate sessions (virtual and in-person), develop content, assessments, and surveys, and keep detailed training records to meet compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate training or instructional design experience.
• Finance or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in education, business finance, HR or related fields.
• Strong research and content development skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and staff.
• Develop and update training content and materials.
• Create assessments, surveys, and course evaluations.
• Partner with policy writers and leaders to address learning gaps.
• Track learner progress and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
• Manage Servicing and Originations SharePoint sites.
• Support departmental goals and business needs.
