Job summary

CHAGEE is seeking a Training Specialist in the United States to elevate onboarding and ongoing learning across retail locations. You will design materials, deliver trainings on operations, food safety, and product knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to close skill gaps and ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in training and strong LMS proficiency, plus excellent communication and adaptability to support a fast-paced, expanding brand in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, hospitality management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in training and development within retail, food service, or beverage industry.
• Proven track record of supporting the design, delivery and management of training programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in coaching and developing in-store trainers or teams.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis tools to track training progress and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & New Hire Training: Manage the new hire onboarding process, including scheduling, delivering, and tracking completion of training.
• Training Program Development: Design and create training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules, aligned with operational requirements.
• Facilitation & Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for new and existing employees on various topics, including operational processes, quality standards, product knowledge, and company procedures.
• Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Track training completion rates and assess learner performance through post-training evaluations; use data to optimize programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, HR, and store leadership to align training with business goals.
