Chimes, a not-for-profit organization serving people with intellectual and behavioral challenges, seeks a Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver engaging training across multiple subsidiaries.

You will manage the LMS, evaluate training impact, and collaborate with operations to align programs with organizational goals. This full-time role requires 8 years of L&D experience, proficiency with LMS and MS Office, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and delivering engaging training.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the development of customized training materials, including eLearning modules and job aids.
• Deliver engaging and effective training to employees, in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
• Stay current with L&D trends and emerging technology.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to align programs with organizational goals.
• Manage LMS and extract reports to measure training impact.
• Travel to various subsidiaries as needed and provide support to operations.
