Leap Brands is seeking a Corporate Trainer to lead training initiatives across online, in-store, and communications platforms, ensuring brand standards are consistently executed. The role includes developing new training classes for partnering restaurants and supporting openings at new locations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in training, hospitality or related fields, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple large projects while traveling

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ experience in training, education, culinary, hospitality or related fields preferred.
• Franchising experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with online ordering systems administration; will be expected to use online resources while training onsite.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Multilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead training sessions across online, in-store, and communications platforms.
• Develop and implement new restaurant training classes for brand partners.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently executed at existing locations.
• Support openings of new locations with onboarding and training.
• Coordinate with operations to align corporate and field teams.
