Job summary

CHAGEE USA invites a Senior Facilities & Equipment Specialist to ensure day-to-day operational readiness of our US stores, serving as the first line of contact for equipment, maintenance, and facilities issues. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, coordinate with vendors, manage preventive maintenance, and help establish standards for store teams, with travel between locations.

This role supports openings and ongoing operations as CHAGEE expands its presence in the United States, offering a hybrid

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities, equipment maintenance, or related technical role.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, water filtration, and commercial foodservice equipment.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Reading equipment manuals and technical documentation.
• Experience coordinating third-party technicians and service vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for store equipment, maintenance, and facilities issues.
• Receive, assess, prioritize, and track maintenance requests from store teams.
• Coordinate service calls with vendors and track resolution.
• Provide clear instructions for basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Escalate complex issues to Operations, R&D, IT or suppliers as needed.
• Maintain equipment service history and documentation.
