Job summary

Gehl Foods, LLC is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver training across aseptic food manufacturing sites in South Carolina and Wisconsin. You will partner with plant leaders to close gaps, improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and lead content development and sustainable systems.

You will own training strategy execution, build engaging content, mentor trainers, and ensure SOPs, OPLs, and manuals are up to date while driving continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred, in food or regulated environments.
• Experience designing or delivering training programs or materials.
• Strong coaching, influence, and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs across production lines.
• Partner with plant leaders to align training with business goals and targets.
• Develop and maintain training content including SOPs, manuals, and videos.
• Create engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Analyze training data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Build a network of trainers and future training leaders.
• Collaborate with SMEs and HR to enhance onboarding and career development.
